FKE Facilitates CBA Signing Between Amalgamated Workers Union and KVM to Promote Industrial Harmony

Another step in promoting better labour relations was the Amalgamated Workers Union, led by General Secretary Ms. Rose Omamo, officially signing a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers (KVM), led by human resource managers Ms. Angie Macharia (AVA) and Mr. Joseph Gikunda (KVM).

This was a reflection of a united front in promoting fair employment practices, improved working conditions, and stronger employer-employee collaboration.
