The Summit will convene leaders from EBMOs across Africa, with each organisation represented at the President or CEO/Secretary-General level and a few other invitees from the ILO and the IOE. This high-level representation will ensure that discussions are strategic, focused, and aligned with the leadership priorities of the participating employers’ organisations.
