The Federation of Kenya Employers on June 14th, through its Girls and Tech Program, proudly participated in the Young Professionals Networking Event hosted by the Nairobi Girl Guides Association in partnership with the Kenya School of TVET. Held under the inspiring theme "Ignite Your Legacy: Guiding Beyond the Uniform," the event brought together young professionals and mentors for a networking session.
Ms. Grace Kaome, Human Resource Manager at FKE and Coordinator of the Female Future Leadership Program, alongside the Chief Guest, Ms. Lydia K. Magutsa, Director and Founder of the Institute for Social Policy and Policy Management Excellence (ISPPME) emphasized the importance of embracing innovation, investing in continuous self-development, and remaining adaptable in a rapidly changing world.
