WASPA Joins Federation of Kenya Employers to Strengthen Sector Collaboration and Support

The Federation of Kenya Employers, led by Mr. Dickens Ouma—Head of Legal, Industrial Relations, and Membership—paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Anthony Njaramba, CEO of the Water & Sanitation Providers Association (WASPA).

The meeting focused on exploring key areas of collaboration, including advocacy, training programs, and industrial relations support for water and sanitation companies across all 47 counties.

The highlight of the visit was WASPA’s decision to officially join the Federation—a significant step towards strengthening partnerships and advancing shared goals in the sector.
