On 25th April 2025, the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) held its 36th Rift Valley Regional Annual General Meeting in Nakuru, under a timely theme: “Building Thriving Businesses in a Shifting Business Environment.”
The AGM featured a report from the Regional President on the state of industrial relations and the business climate across various sectors. He highlighted key successes, ongoing challenges, and emerging opportunities in the region.
Our Chief Guest, Mr. George Omuga, delivered an inspiring address, while the FKE Executive Director & CEO, Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, emphasized the Federation’s efforts in advocacy, employer training, and continued support for businesses.
Ms. Mugo also called on employers to speak up and actively engage on the issues affecting their sectors, noting that “FKE’s voice can only be as strong as the voices of our members.”
