Successful Collective Bargaining Agreement Between TreadSetters Limited and Amalgamated Metal Workers Union

The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) facilitated the signing of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between TreadSetters Limited and the Amalgamated Metal Workers Union on the 12th of September 2024. The agreement was signed by Meshack Okumu, Human Resource Manager at TreadSetters Limited; Nixon Owino, Assistant General Secretary of the Amalgamated Metal Workers Union; and Mr. Andrew Masese, FKE Senior Industrial Relations Officer, who oversaw the negotiation.
