KIPPRA and UNRISK Signs New Collective Bargaining Agreement

The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) facilitated the signing of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) and the Union of National Research Institutes Staff of Kenya (UNRISK) on 8th August 2024. The CBA was formalized by key representatives including Dr. Rose Ngugi, KIPPRA's Executive Director, Ms. Monica Sifuna, Director of Human Resources, Mr. Peter Nyambok from UNRISK, Andrew Masese from FKE, and Mr. Victor Mose, Chief Shop Steward. This agreement underscores FKE's commitment to fostering a productive work environment for its members.
