In a significant show of commitment to transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement, the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) Western Branch convened its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 3rd of April 2025 under the theme,"Building Thriving Businesses in a Shifting Environment". The event brought together employers, FKE's social partners and stakeholders from across the region to reflect on the branch's performance and chart a strategic path forward.
Key highlights in the Agenda included the election of the new FKE Western Branch officials and the launch of the Employer of the year awards (EYA), a prestigious award initiative that provides a platform for identifying, ranking, and recognizing outstanding performance in Corporate Excellence, People Management, and Industrial Relations among Kenyan employers.
The 5th Edition of the Employer of the Year Awards (EYA) is now officially open for entry submissions. We encourage all our members to participate and showcase their best practices in fostering workplace excellence.
