FKE Leadership Engages Treasury CS in High-Level Talks on Tax Reforms and Economic Growth

The FKE Management Board, led by its National President Dr. Gilda Odera and Executive Director and CEO Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, EBS, held a consultative meeting with the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, Hon. FCPA John Mbadi Ng'ongo, EGH.

The two parties discussed the current state of the business environment and the necessary tax reforms to enhance enterprise performance and reduce the cost of living for Kenyans.

The Key issues discussed included:

•  Addressing the National Debt Challenge
•  Enhancement of Air Transport
•  Supporting Agriculture production and export

• Supporting the tea, flower, security, and manufacturing sector
