Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) is enthusiastic about developing women leaders. Through the Female Future Leadership Program, the Federation continues to impact career women both in the private and public sector to reach their full potential and to take up leadership positions. Female Future Leadership program ,cohort 15,  training. Clear thinking, good argument and logical discussion were highlighted as being essential for the success of any leader. Rhetoric is not just empty words or speeches it is the study and art of writing and speaking well, being persuasive and knowing how to compose successful writing and presentation.

This is what the FKE Female Future program seeks to achieve through the Rhetoric Module with the ongoing Cohort 15. The training involves elaborate presentations on public speaking targeting the audience’s ethos, logos and pathos for effective transmission of information.

The Female future program is open to all women interested in building their leadership skills to equip them to take up leadership positions in their careers and to have the right attitude, preparation, and mindset. Cohort 16 begins in July 2022; we take this opportunity to invite all women geared towards or already in leadership positions to register and be part of the much-needed learning.
