Representing Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, Executive Director & CEO of FKE, Ms. Grace Kaome, Manager of Human Resources and Administration FKE highlighted the critical role of employers in aligning skills with industry needs and stressed FKE’s significant contributions to this initiative. She also called for stronger collaboration between training providers and the industry to prepare the workforce for future demands.
As a member of the Technical Working Group, FKE is committed to advancing a robust skills development ecosystem. The KSD-CoP aims to unite professionals and academics to share best practices, drive policy reforms, and address the skills gap, ultimately boosting Kenya’s economic success.
