Acquainting your staff at all levels with appropriate disciplinary and corrective actions in the workplace is essential for maintaining order and smooth business operations. Any disciplinary action must be founded on the how. Once trained an organization can customize their disciplinary processes to accommodate their values, mission and vision.
The Federation of Kenya Employers successfully conducted a Disciplinary Management training for Scania East Africa Limited from 22nd – 25th March 2022, fifty staff members including managers and supervisors from various departments were in attendance. This essential training informed the Scania team on how to achieve the desired standards of behaviour with progressive discipline systems within the organization. Once systems are placed there will be minimized legal claims or complaints arising during and after employment.
