The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) and the Dispute and Conflict Resolution Institute (DCRI) came together to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This historic collaboration, spearheaded by Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, EBS, Executive Director & CEO of FKE, and Justice Lee Muthoga, Board Chair of DCRI, marks a significant step towards more effective dispute resolution mechanisms in Kenya.
