Employers Represented at the “Working Environment Improvement for Employers (ERWM)” Seminar in Japan

The Federation of Kenya Employers was represented at a seminar hosted by the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) in Japan, Under the theme “Working Environment Improvement for Employers" . 

This seminar is part of the “Employers' Organization Cooperation Program,” an initiative entrusted to the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare for executives and experts from employers' organizations across Asia, Africa, and Latin America to foster a deeper comprehension of Japanese labour practices and working environments.
