The COVID-19 pandemic has neccessited agile thinking in service delivery. The Federation of Kenya Employers adapted and evolved majority of its training sessions to be virtual. Two years later we are witnessing a recovery in the labor market and the economy at large.

This year FKE embraced a different model of conducting its premium training classes combining a virtual theoretical session and a physical practical mode. The first ever model on Discipline Management at the Workplace was conducted on 30th –31st March at Astorian Grand Hotel, Naivasha. The workshop brought together 110 participants equipping them on applications for the Disciplinary Principles and Procedures at the Workplace. This experiential masterclass entails.

  • Case Studies.

  • Role Plays.

  • Simulations of selected disciplinary cases at the workplace.

  • Peer to peer learning sessions and Personalized feedback.
