On 4th April 2025, BOC Kenya Plc and the Kenya Chemical Workers Union officially signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the period of January 2025 to June 30, 2027.
The signing took place at the FKE Headquarters at ACK Gardens, with Peter Ouko, National General Secretary, and Lawrence Githinji, Country Manager & CEO of BOC Kenya, leading the signatories.
The negotiation process was chaired by Andrew Masese, FKE Senior Industrial Relations Officer. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to constructive dialogue and strengthened industrial relations
