The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) successfully facilitated the negotiation and signing of new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), reinforcing its commitment to promoting harmonious industrial relations across the country.
On 23rd April, Mr. Robert Nyarangi, Industrial Relations Officer, led the successful negotiations and signing between the Kenya Engineering Workers Union and General Industries Limited. Earlier, on 17th April, Mr. Andrew Masese, Senior Industrial Relations Officer, oversaw the agreement between Isuzu East Africa Ltd and the Amalgamated Metal Workers’ Union.
These are testaments of our continued commitment to fostering harmonious industrial relations in Kenya.
