About The Event
Business reporting and accountability standards are increasingly under immense scrutiny in order to determine and isolate non-ethical practices that are harmful to society, the environment, and the economy. The emergent parameters on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting standards for businesses will greatly influence the sustainability of enterprises. Organizations and companies that will thrive in the present and the future will embrace ESG reporting standards.
Since 2022 the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) in conjunction with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and other international partners has been running a workshop on ESG. During the workshop, delegates are guided on how to assess ESG-related risks and opportunities for companies and examine how employers are managing relationships with employees, suppliers, customers, and the communities where they operate. They then identify the metrics for ESG reports relevant to their type of industry or company.
We therefore invite the following to attend this important workshop: Legal & Regulatory Officers, Compliance & Sustainability officers, Auditors, SHE Officers, Enterprise owners and all senior managers.
Course Dates: 29th & 30th August 2024
Charges: Ksh60,000 for FKE members and Ksh70,000 for non-members inclusive of VAT. The fee does not cover travel and accommodation costs.
Venue : Hylise Hotel in Naivasha Resort Town
