Disciplinary processes form one of the major reasons why employers’ cases collapse at the Employment & Labour Relations Court (ELRC) ending up in huge penalties and other judicial costs. This course will explain the step-by-step disciplinary procedures to be followed in Employee Discipline Management to ensure employers carry out credible disciplinary procedures. The delegates will acquire comprehensive skills and practical knowledge on how to manage and maintain discipline in the workplace, how to handle challenging situations with their direct reports, and how to manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and hearings.

The charges per delegate are Ksh70,000 for FKE members and Ksh90,000 for non-members.
Charges are inclusive of 16% VAT and the delegates will meet their own transport and accommodation costs. However, we have also negotiated special discounted rates at Eseriani Hotel. So, when booking the delegates will only need to cite the FKE booking.
NB:
- Delegates will earn CPD points from IHRM, LSK, ICPACK and other professional bodies as per their guidelines. Kindly check with such bodies well in advance.
- FKE is registered with NITA and sponsoring employers can claim reimbursements. Reg. No. NITA/TRN/81.
