About The Event
  • Are you new to the world of negotiations?
  • Or would you like to refresh your skills and be up to date with emerging trends in negotiations?
  • What of specialized negotiations such as Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)?
  • OR is your CBA due for renewal/re-negotiation?
  • What challenges have you encountered while implementing your current CBA?

Worry no more! because the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) has got you covered through an upcoming workshop.

Out of many years of industry experience, the Federation has accumulated immense knowledge and skills on the Art of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).

You are invited to nominate Management and Union Members/Shop stewards to attend this critical and practical workshop that will be held on 26th February & 27th February 2025 at Eseriani Hotel in NAIVASHA.

In this workshop the delegates will

  • be taken through the process of Collective Bargaining.
  • advised on how best to implement and manage CBAs.
  • be provided with tips on how to avoid pitfalls in the CBA cycle.
