FKE Conducts Effective Discipline Management Training for East Africa Packaging Industries

The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) held an In-House training session for East Africa Packaging Industries (EAPI) on 1st and 2nd August 2024 to enhance internal capacity for employee discipline management. The training aimed at providing the employer with a thorough understanding of the proper disciplinary procedures and processes to ensure credible and effective management of employee discipline.

The sessions which offered insights into maintaining fair and credible disciplinary practices and processes in organizations were conducted by an experienced FKE faculty led by   Mr. Andrew Masese and Mr. Ooko Odhiambo.
