To shed light on this evolving field, FKE, recently hosted a virtual masterclass focusing on psychometrics and HR analytics in business. The masterclass was a successful three-day event, showcasing the importance of utilizing data-driven insights to enhance HR practices, streamline recruitment processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. It brought together an array of HR professionals, business leaders, and aspiring HR enthusiasts who were eager to learn from some of the leading experts in the field.
The training commenced with Mr. Stephen Obiro, Head of Advocacy, Consulting and Partnership, Federation of Kenya Employers, welcoming delegates and giving the opening remarks on behalf of Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, EBS, Executive Director and CEO, FKE.
Moderating this training was the Manager, Training and Consulting, FKE Mr. Eric Munyobi, and a super faculty comprised of a diverse group of professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR Analytics and Psychometrics.
