About The Event
This course will provide HR professionals in Kenya with an in-depth understanding of the evolving landscape of employment laws and practices. As legal frameworks and societal expectations shift, HR professionals must stay informed to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a positive work environment. This course covers the latest updates in Kenyan labour laws, including changes in the Employment Act, Work Injury Benefits Act, the Industrial Court rulings, and other critical legislations that directly impact employment practices.
