SALARY SURVEY REPORT FOR FREIGHT FORWARDING INDUSTRY

FKE conducted this salary survey of the transport and logistics industry to establish the market rate of salary and benefits for benchmark positions within the industry and provide adequate information to companies for their compensation decisions. The survey was conducted within activity 5.2.2 under the framework of the Pro€Invest Project " Maximising the influence of Employers Organizations for a better business environment and private sector development". Whose objective is to increase the volume and quality of business services offered by FKE to its members.

The report is now available at FKE Head Offices for interested companies in the industry at a fee of Kshs 20,000/= (Twenty thousand only).

SALARY SURVEY REPORT FOR FLOWER / FRESH PRODUCE INDUSTRY

The results of the salary survey component are based on data gathered from the firms sampled for all the 12 targeted companies. The survey analysed 45 different jobs.

The report is now available at FKE Head Offices for interested companies in the industry at a fee of Kshs 20,000/= (Twenty thousand only).
