The general committee of the Coast Branch, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Meshark Kipturgo assisted by his Vice- Chairman –Mr. Zulfikar Harunani,and the Regional Manager – Mr. Moses Ombokh, has continued to promote and defend the interests of Employers in the Coastal province.

The committee receives and considers reports on the proceedings of the FKE Management Board, industrial relations situation at the Coast, and sectoral reports from, regular meetings, held by committee members.

The Coastal branch office regularly holds events for sensitization on the benefits members can acquire from the Federation. On a regular basis the branch assists Employers in administering best industrial relations and management practises, as well as, facilitating the negotiation of Collective bargaining Agreements (CBA’s). Other benefits offered at the Coastal Brach include consultancy services.
